Hampton Bay Online Cabinetry warrants its cabinetry to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship to the origional purchaser, under normal residential usage for your lifetime as long as you own your home. This warranty is only applicable to product used in residential applications and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any parts that prove to be defective. The cost of removal, installation, subsequent damage, and shipping is not covered under this warranty. In addition, the damage caused by accident, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, improper storage, modification, alteration, exposure to extreme heat, exposure to extreme moisture levels, Acts of God, or normal wear will void all warranty coverage.

Natural woods vary in grain pattern and color. Wood color changes as wood ages and can darken or lighten over time as the result of sunlight, smoke, household cleaners and waxes. Painted face frames an dother painted components may experience some shift and visible cracking is to be expected at joint areas. These variations are considered natural characteristicks of the material and as such, are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty of Hampton Bay Online Cabinetry and is in lieu of all warranties, implied or expressed, including the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

To obtain performance under this limited waqrranty, you must call or email to report warranty issue. Hampton Bay Online Cabinetry reserves the right to provide repair parts or replace, and proof of any purchase may be required.
